Responsibility
Engagement in the areas of education and gender diversity is strengthening our system. Education is Switzerland's most important resource. Among other things, our entire economy is built on it.
Progressive and innovative companies assume a responsibility towards society, independently of their obligation to optimise profitability. The Müller-Möhl Group is committed to addressing economic and socio-political concerns, with a focus on the areas of education and gender diversity.
The Swiss education system needs investment and reforms to ensure it remains competitive; after all, education is a decisive factor for economic productivity and prosperity.
Female resources are also a decisive factor for economic wellbeing, and not just because women account for over 50% of the Swiss population. This potential must be put to better use particularly in leading positions, where female talent is still hard to come across. The reasons behind this phenomenon of disproportionate representation are complex, yet with the population's willingness to seek out new and modern ways of doing things, the work-life balance can also be improved. Businesses, politics, society and women themselves should be equally prepared to contribute towards assessing solutions and creating better conditions.
